We purchased a 2010 Charger from Leith Mc Brayer in Aberdeen, NC.Sometime during the test drive and the ride home some road debris was picked up in the drivers front side tire.

Its was not noticed by my wife until she returned home with the car. The dealer is saying they are not responsible for the tire because it happened on the way home and that the tire was not repairable. i would like a refund for the tire we had too pay for to replace the flat one and a new spare. The dealer should pay for the tire and replace the spare. Customer satisfaction should come first.

An I'm not a satisfied customer from Leith Mc Brayer in Aberdeen, North Carolina!!

Had an Experience with Leith Mc Brayer Automotive?

The tire is covered by the manufacturer of the tire. Included in the mounds of paperwork you recieved when you bought the car should have been the warranty info for the tires (probably a card or a smaller piece of paper). The dealership has no obligation to repair/replace the tires.
